I study how advances in data analysis, biomedical imaging, and computational modelling can improve the precision and outcomes of radiation therapy — with a focus on proton therapy.
Research
Clinical outcomes modelling
Current focusWe develop and validate predictive models of treatment response and normal tissue toxicity in patients treated with proton therapy. By integrating dosimetric data, quantitative imaging biomarkers, and clinical follow-up, we aim to understand the biological mechanisms underlying treatment outcomes and support therapeutic decisions.
Development of tumour tracking, 4D dose calculation, and real-time adaptive delivery for lung and abdominal cancers treated with pencil beam scanning proton therapy.
